WorkCover Queensland have released their 2017/2018 Annual Report.

Committed to open communication with customers and stakeholders, WorkCover’s annual report summarises results, performance, outlook and financial position for 2017/18.

Continuing to deliver solid financial and operational results some of the highlights for WorkCover includes:

• 93.6% of injured workers returned to work
• Queensland businesses received $46.5 million in savings for paying their premium early
• employers with apprentices saved $14.6M in premiums
• established partnerships with research institutes to investigate improvements in customer experience and claim outcomes.
