Volvo issues worldwide recall

Volvo has issued a recall notice for more than one million vehicles worldwide after a default was found in some models that caused some components in the motor to potentially melt.

Volvo has not reported any complaints of this defect occurring, however the defect could lead to engines catching fire.

The recall affects four-cylinder diesel motor models manufactured between 2014-2019. Models affected include the S80, V40, V60, V70, XC60 and XC90.
