The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) is conducting a survey to help improve our services to motor dealer licensees.

We are inviting you to take a short 5-minute survey as we would love to get your views on things like how we respond to your enquiries, our communications, and how we help you understand and meet your fair trading obligations.

We are only interested in your experiences and opinions, so we can improve our services to licensees. All your responses are completely anonymous unless you provide your contact information at the end of the survey.
