Member feedback for inquiry into the operation and effectiveness of the Franchising Code of Conduct (including the Oil Code of Conduct)

The Senate Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services is conducting an inquiry into the operation and effectiveness of the Franchising Code of Conduct and has wide terms of reference including the disclosure document and information statement, and the Oil Code of Conduct, in ensuring full disclosure to potential franchisees of all information necessary to make a fully-informed decision when assessing whether to enter a franchise agreement.

Member’s comments are welcome,  if you have experienced difficulties with a franchise agreement or relationship or equally if you have a strong viable relationship that may identify potential solutions to problems others experience please let us know.
