GWM Expands Ute Range with Cannon-CC

The GWM Ute range has expanded with the addition of a new cab chassis body style, the Cannon-CC.

Adopting the same dual cab styling as the current GWM Ute range, the Cannon-CC swaps out the Ute tub for an aluminium tray and comes in three variants priced from $36,990 to $43,490.

Power is delivered by a 2-litre turbo diesel engine, producing 120kW and 400Nm, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Towing capacity is 3000kg, payload is 1130kg. GWM says combined fuel economy is 8.4L per 100km for the 4×2 model and 9.4L per 100km for 4×4 model.

Width and height remain the same as the Ute with length increasing by 101mm. Dimensions of the tray are 1730mm long, 1855mm wide, by 235mm deep.

GWM says first shipments have landed and can be expected in showrooms soon.
