How long has your business been operating?

We have been operating in Yatala since 1979.

What sets your business apart from your competitors?

As one of the oldest mechanical workshops in the area, we have a wide range of knowledge and skill sets to carry out all servicing and repair work. Our workshop area is large with four standard hoists, one truck hoist and a set of mobile hoists.

Do you utilise innovation or technology in your workplace?

We are a very old-fashioned workshop but do use up-to-date diagnostic equipment.

Do you have ways of supporting your community?

We have supported local athletes in achieving their dreams – one in their dream of playing basketball in the USA, and one in their dream to play baseball for Australia. We support the local disability Ten Pin Bowling Club and also support Team Jenny on their journey to find a cure for MS. We also support a number of disadvantaged children to attend the Lions Parties every year and provide trophies for the Harrigan’s Rod and Custom Show.

Do you have any business achievements (or people) you are particularly proud of and why?

Everyone here at CB auto has something different to bring to the team, and that helps us to achieve what we do here at CB second-generation mechanical business.
