Carsales has announced financial measures to assist customers in the automotive industry dealing with the impact of the coronavirus. These measures include:

• Effective for the month of April 2020, carsales will waive all dealer fees. This includes both fixed fee services and sales lead charges.
• In addition to the above, carsales will allow all dealer customers to defer payment of their March advertising costs by 30 days.

Carsales will also be extending the carsales Employee Assistance Program service to all dealer customers at this time. This program includes counselling and a number of personal assistance services.
