How long has your business been operating?

Seven years.

What sets your business apart from your competitors?

We pride ourselves on personalised service and work with our customers as best we can to suit their needs and price range.

Do you utilise innovation or technology in your workplace?

We ensure we are always up to date and on the forefront of technology trends which affect our business. It is our priority to continually upskill our staff and house current industry standard equipment. For example, we have worked on a number of electric vehicles recently which require different repair methods. It is advantageous that our staff are kept up to date with quality training and have access to the right equipment in order to perform such duties.

Do you have ways of supporting your community?

We are sponsors of the Yeronga South Brisbane Football Club (YSBFC) ‘The Devils’, and have a particular interest in supporting the women’s league.

Do you have any business achievements (or people) you are particularly proud of and why?

Our achievement is building this business ourselves from scratch. We are very proud of creating and growing a successful, professional business organically, and all without being an insurance preferred repairer. Our clients return to us because they are satisfied with the customer service experience and quality of work received.
