On completion of their apprenticeship, your trades people have the technical trade skills to increase the productivity of your business, but will they have the leadership skills to supervise or lead a team?

The Automotive Industry Ambassador Program is targeting late stage apprentices and early trades people who have the potential to be leaders within your organisation.

The six-day Automotive Industry Ambassador Program provides apprentices with the skills to:
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Resolve conflicts
• Manage small teams
• Negotiate effectively

Units of Competency
• BSBMGT401A – Show Leadership in the Workplace
• BSBWOR401A – Establish Effective Workplace Relationships
• BSBSMB407A – Manage a Small Team
• BSBCMM401A – Make a presentation

Duration
Six workshop training days – every second Wednesday commencing 5th September 2018

Cost
Free to Members of HVIA, MTA QUEENSLAND, IAME and CMEIG
