Mandatory Text For Warranties Against Defects
21 May 2019 – There are new mandatory text requirements for ‘warranties against defects’ when supplying services, or when supplying goods with services in addition to pre-existing mandatory text for the supply of goods. From 9 June 2019, businesses providing warranties against defects to consumers in relation to the supply of services will be required to include the mandatory wording in the warranty.
