ADAS Awareness Course

DESCRIPTION

The ADAS Awareness course is aimed at individuals currently working in the automotive industry, who have a workplace requirement to identify and understand ADAS components and the operational characteristics of the various Systems commonly featured in today’s modern light vehicles.

Estimators, Assessors, Service Advisors and Parts Advisers, etc, will gain an awareness and understanding of the fundamentals and features of ADAS, the code of practice, interdependencies of ADAS with other safety related systems… and much more.

This is a non-accredited training program.

VENUE

MTA Queensland, Freeway Office Park, Building 8, 2728 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains.

PREREQUISITES

  • Prospective learners should be working in the automotive industry and have a basic understanding of vehicle technology.
  • Standard workshop attire is required, ie. enclosed shoes, jeans/trousers, work shirt. (Other personal protective equipment will be supplied.)
