Renault gives Captur SUV a sportier look with new R.S. Line

Renault has given its Captur light SUV a sporty new look, introducing the R.S. Line model to the top of the range.

While no changes are made under the bonnet, the new model brags various design highlights, including a unique front bumper with an F1-inspired blade, gunmetal grey exterior accents, R.S. Line badging, and 18″ diamond-cut alloy wheels.

The sporty new look continues on the inside, where Renault’s racing heritage is acknowledged with chrome ‘R.S. Line’ door skills, carbon-look interior trim, alloy sport pedals, red and grey contrast stitching and R.S. badging.

“Captur R.S. Line channels the strong sporting heritage of the Renault brand as we continue to expand our product offering in Australia,” says Glen Sealey, Renault Australia General Manager.

“With strategic additions like this Captur R.S. line, Renault is offering consumers even more choice as we begin to grow the product portfolio. With new commercial vehicles arriving later this year, and the recent well-received reveal of the all-new Megane E-Tech, it’s exciting times ahead for Renault.”

Additional specification to distinguish the R.S. Line over and above the current Intens includes a fully digital 10.25” instrument cluster, frameless auto-dimming rear-view mirror, Easy Park Assist hands-free parking system, and automatic high/low beam lights.

The R.S. Line has just arrived in Australia and will be available from $39,590 (excluding on-road costs).
