Nissan Unveils GT-4 Line-Up In Japan

Nissan has revealed the new Japan-market GT-R, and amongst the model line-up are two limited grades – the GT-R Premium Edition T-spec and GT-R Track Edition Engineered by NISMO T-spec.

The two 4WD T-spec limited editions are specially equipped with exclusive carbon ceramic brakes, a carbon-fibre rear spoiler, an exclusive engine cover, and an exclusive badge for front and rear. A total of 100 units of the limited-edition models are planned for sale.

The GT-R is powered by a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6 punching out 419kW and 632Nm through a dual clutch transmission.

Two new body colours, Midnight Purple and Millennium Jade, have been added to the T-spec options. The Nissan GT-R Premium Edition T-spec also has an exclusive interior design, Rays forged alloy wheels (bronze), and suspension that takes advantage of weight reductions below the springs.

The GT-R Track Edition engineered by NISMO T-spec is specially equipped with an exclusive carbon-fibre roof and trunk lid. This version is a grade based on the standard model enhanced with Nismo technology.

It has been reported that the GT-R will not be available in Australia from the end of this year due to it not meeting new regulations that have come in due to changes in Australia’s design rules.
