MTA Queensland Continues To Support Auto Businesses with Digital Advice

The Motor Trades Association of Queensland (MTA Queensland) has been undertaking its important role as one of 15 industry associations delivering the Small Business Digital Champion Project as part of the Australian Government’s initiative to assist small businesses to engage with digital technology.

The Small Business Digital Champion project will run through to April 2021 and will see MTA Queensland provide automotive specific business advice to members to
assist them in engaging with digital technology and help them be more effective, competitive and ultimately, more profitable.

Dr Brett Dale CEO of MTA Queensland said, “MTA Queensland has already worked with over 600 members providing advice in various aspects of digital adoption. This has ranged from social media and content development workshops, to the launch of a cost effective website building and maintenance product for members.

“We are very excited to continue to work with  members and assist them in boosting their digital technology skills and potential. With only 50 per cent of Australian businesses having a website and even less using business processing software for accounting and invoicing, our role will be crucial in bringing automotive small businesses up-to-speed on the digital resources required to be successful in this era of technology.”
