Opportunities are being made available to support the development of female leaders across the automotive sector through Women & Leadership Australia scholarships.

Scholarships of between $1,000 – $5,000 are now available to women in all facets of the automotive industry to undertake career-building leadership and personal development courses, with three levels of courses available depending on the individual’s level of experience:

• Early Career Managers
• Mid-level Managers
• Senior and Executive Leaders

Commencing in 2021, courses will run for between four and 12 months and consist of a range of modules designed to teach participants the leadership skills necessary to take their career to the next level, such as elements of a successful team, communication, presence and influence and progressing diversity and inclusion.

The Women & Leadership Australia scholarship funding represents a fantastic opportunity for women in the automotive industry to learn valuable skills and enhance career opportunities, and MTA Queensland strongly encourages all women interested in expressing their interest in the funding to do so.

Expressions of interest for the scholarship close on 4^th December, with funding to be allocated by the end of 2020.
