Supporting small businesses through COVID-19

Telstra is helping supporting across Australia affected by COVID-19 by helping them adjust through the introduction of new assistance measures.

These new measures include:

  • pausing all late payment fees and disconnections for non-payment for consumer and small business customers.
  • unlimited data allowances on fixed broadband and extra mobile data free of charge.
  • moving to 20-day payment terms for invoices for small businesses and suppliers of Telstra.
  • option to suspend fixed business services for small businesses with a 10-digit account number who have had to cease trading.

Telstra are also helping customers adapt during this difficult period by offering a free Telstra Virtual Meeting Room service to local businesses until 30 June. As well as this, Telstra are offering their new Digital Marketing Services website at half price for three months and will automatically apply a 50 per cent discount off your Telstra Digital Marketing or Telstra Online Essentials website subscription for the next three months.
