TOYOTA LAUNCHES SPECIAL EDITION LANDCRUISER HORIZON
Toyota has launched the limited edition LandCruiser 200 Sahara Horizon.
It features bespoke styling treatments including a unique grille with a dark finish, black headlight and smoked chrome front foglight surrounds, semi-aniline leather-accented seats and a black leather-accented heated steering wheel. Just 400 units of the Sahara Horizon model are to be made available.
Based on the top-of-the-range LC200 Sahara, the new Horizon variant also features unique door trim stitching, black interior and headliner with chrome accents, Horizon badging and the LandCruiser logo displayed in the front and rear puddle lamps.
Under the bonnet is a 4.5-litre V8 turbo diesel that drives all four wheels – complete with a full set of low range ratios – through a six-speed automatic transmission.
In addition to the styling, the LC200 Sahara Horizon comes equipped with LED lights, side steps, 18-inch alloy wheels, moonroof, power-adjustable heated and ventilated front seats, 4-zone climate control, multi-terrain monitor, premium audio system and rear seat DVD player, and satellite navigation.
A comprehensive suite of Toyota Safety Sense features includes pre-collision safety system with pedestrian detection, active cruise control, and automatic high beam, together with reversing camera, front and rear parking sensors, blind spot monitor and rear cross traffic alert.
The Toyota LandCruiser Sahara Horizon limited edition is priced from $129,090.
