Business Address: Unit 15, 29 Moreton Bay Road, Capalaba.
Services provided: Service and repair of all makes and models of passenger vehicles including full logbook servicing, brake and clutch repairs and steering and suspension servicing. Also offer pre-purchase inspections and more. The aim is to provide a one-stop shop servicing facility. The Service Depot is aligned with industry specialists in auto electrical, air conditioning and transmission servicing and repairs.


How long has your business been operating?

Two and a half years.

What sets your business apart from your competitors?

We offer good, friendly, honest customer service tailored to the individual needs of the customer and the car. We have a modern, clean, well-equipped workshop and we use Penrite for all of our lubricants and fluids.

We use a mix of Ryco, Bendix and genuine parts as well as quality aftermarket brands where needed, and aim to provide a high-quality, easy experience for all our customers.

With the attitude ‘Fix it right the first time’, we are giving back to our community in ways that make a difference through our Community Service program which raises funds for organisations that help and support children in our city.

Do you utilise innovation or technology in your workplace?

Yes we are mostly paper free and aim to bring new technologies and practises into our business to continually improve our service.

Do you have ways of supporting your community?

The Service Depot would like to help raise money for local clubs, school P&C, P&F or organisations that are supporting children. As a local family and a small business, we’re looking for ways to give something back to the fantastic organisations in our community that support children like ours. So, we started a fundraising program called TSD Community Service. Every time a family from a local club, P&C, P&F or organisation supporting children have their car worked on with us, we’ll donate $5 to the group.

Do you have any business achievements (or people) you are particularly proud of and why?

We have only been open for two and a half years and we have grown from a one-person business that didn’t have a full day’s work, to now having two full-time staff members. We have many great customers promoting our business to their friends and family due to our high level of customer service.
