The EPA will be embarking on a compliance program in the near future with metal recovery activities so operators will have the opportunity to discuss their site with a compliance officer and whether any concerns are raised. We encourage MTA Queensland members to work through the checklist for their site and seek clarification with the Department of Environment and Science if they have any questions or concerns.
