Ram 1500 truck recalled over faulty windshield wiper

Ram Trucks Australia has issued a recall notice for the 1500 truck model due to faulty windshield wipers.

The recall impacts 2,540 Model Year 2019-2020 vehicles.

According to the recall notice, a manufacturing defect has led to the windshield wiper arm head join to potentially strip. If this occurs, the windshield wiper arm will fail to function properly, leading to reduced visibility and a greater risk of a crash occurring.

Affected vehicle owners are being advised to contact their preferred authorised Ram Truck dealer to organise a free inspection and replacement of faulty parts.
